Thomas Lockett

Thomas was born on August 31, 1959, in El Dorado, AR, to Evorn Locket and T.C. Williams.

He graduated from El Dorado High School. After graduation, he was employed at Pilgrim Pride for many years; later, he was employed at Garrette Furniture; later, he moved to Texarkana, AR, where he became employed at Cooper Tire for many years until he retired in 2021.

To those who knew him, he was known as "Lockett" and Barkays with his 1st Street buddies. He will be remembered for his quiet spirit, bright smile, and love of life.

Thomas departed this life at his family home in El Dorado, AR, on May 2, 2023.

He is preceded in death by his parents, T.C. Williams and Evorn Lockett, two brothers, Dan and Van Lockett, and one Sister, Florence Lockett.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, LaBreshia Lockett Hicks (James) of El Dorado, AR; LaKeisha Burris of Texarkana, AR; sons, Rafael Lockett (Shae) of El Paso, TX; Devareo Hill of Ruston, La; Brother David Lockett of El Dorado, AR, grandchildren Shatoria Caldwell, Jayna Hicks, Rafael Lockett Jr., DaBron Burris, Victoria Lockett, Trinity Lockett, Prince Lockett, Essence Lockett, one great-grandchild Eryakah Robinson, Special Friend Debra Hicks of Strong, AR and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
