Sister Willie Mae Brown was born on September 3, 1942, in Haynesville, Louisiana, to the late Willie Lee Miller and Tom Wilson.
On March 27, 2021, God called Willie Mae home for a much-deserved unexpected rest.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Brown, and a brother-Tom Wilson Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories of her a son-Shandon (Amanda) Brown, a daughter; Judy Carter; two sisters, Shellie Watson of El Dorado, Arkansas and Maxine Roach of McNeil, Arkansas; one brother Hudson Meadors Jr of El Dorado, Arkansas. Three grandchildren; Merla Carter, Tyrus Carter, and Kyra Taylor all of El Dorado, Arkansas, Sister in law Rose Brown of Michigan. A special friend Ida Faye Tidwell and a host of uncles and aunts, cousins, extended family friends, and loved ones who will all miss her dearly.
