Brother Timothy S. Tubbs affectionately called “Deak” and “Mad Jack”, was born February 9, 1959 to the late Annie and Wilbert Tubbs Sr.
Brother Tubbs accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church where he remained until death. Brother Tubbs knew the Lord and was very glad about it. He read the Bible faithfully and he also knew a lot about politics. He was also a true Dallas Cowboys Fan.
Brother Tubbs was a hard worker and a great provider for his family. In 1977, Brother Tubbs met the mother of his children Ruby Bradley “Nean”; they had a wonderful relationship within that wonderful relationship. They were blessed with their own personal Migos and his one and only baby girl.
Later he met and married the late Gwendolyn Wayne Tubbs. Brother Tubbs enjoyed working on his precious 1986 Chevrolet Caprice and listening to music, as well as spending time with his grandchildren, his boys and his one and only daughter.
Brother Tubbs was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and three grandchildren, Fe’Landis & De’Landis Tubbs and Ar’Monie O’Guinn; and a brother, Kennedy Shay Tubbs, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories three sons; Bruce D. Tubbs in Pollock, LA, Timothy “Slim” Tubbs and Terrance M. Tubbs (Alexis) all of El Dorado, AR; daughter, Victoria T. Dade of El Dorado, AR; five sisters, Essie B. Philips, Luevada Tubbs, Annie White, Sarah Reed (Eugene) all of El Dorado, AR. and Essie Tubbs of New Orleans, LA; five brothers, Wilbert Tubbs Jr. (Dianne), Dennis Tubbs, Lonnie Tubbs all of El Dorado, AR, Levelle Tubbs (Regina) of Three Creeks, AR, Rodger Tubbs (Lora) Kansas City, KS and two uncles, Ester Tubbs and Oscar Davis of El Dorado, AR; thirteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren; one special niece, Velicia (Lisa) James of Killen, TX., a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He also leaves a special friend, Raymond E. Bradley, who will miss him dearly, and his legacy of love for his family, church and politics
