Theresa "Ree Ree" Thomas

Theresa R. Thomas was born January 25, 1966, to the late Earshilean Thomas and Bill White.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one nephew, Litron Q, Morgon.

At an early age, she attended Bosemon School for several years until they relocated to Champagnolle Landing, her teacher was Reginald Burns, he enjoyed teaching “Ree Ree” until her health failed in 2013.

She loved to eat, she loved to smile, and she would often repeat other people’s words, in 1992 she and her sister Jackie Blackmon joined the Wesson St. Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Supt. Lennie Clemons as the pastor. She was a member until the end.

She often in the early years would sometime help the Pastor, she would say “that’s Right” she was a loving sister and friend to everyone.

Her loving memories will be cherished by her baby sister, Jaqueline S. (Bruce) Blackmon, one niece La’Kayla M. Thomas, one Aunt Clarieth Lumsey of Strong, AR, and many cousins, and friends that will truly miss her and her “smile”.

5 months ago God stepped in and gave her more time to let me prepare myself. She was sick until death, but God touched her body. Our Pastor, Supt. Lennie Clemons prayed earnestly for her and our church family on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, she was ready to go home.
