Tamy Diane Turner Buggs was born June 25, 1962, in Strong, Arkansas (Free Hope Community) to Alvin and Lorene Turner.

As a daddy’s girl, she loved spending time with her daddy working on cars and driving him around. Her loving mother introduced her to Christ. She joined New Friendship Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C.) under the leadership of Superintendent Richard L. Daye. She was dedicated to serving the Lord as a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director, Administrator Assistant of Finance, Bible Band Teacher, and Pastor’s Aide.

After moving back to El Dorado, she united with Abundant Life Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Larry W. Yarbrough and later united with Fairview Faith & Worship Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Terry T. Johnson and Evangelist Balinda Johnson.
