Shirley Williams Miller gifted the world with her presence on October 13, 1954, in El Dorado, AR; she is the daughter of the late James Perry Williams and Winfred jones Williams of El Dorado, AR. She departed this life on December 4, 2021, at St Vincent infirmary in Littlerock, AR.
She accepted Christ at an early age with Ebenezer Baptist Church in Caledonia, AR; her final church home was New Faith in Littlerock, AR Pastor Isaiah Broadus.
She was very creative and took up many hobbies, but her love was crafting her jewelry, cooking, sweet treats, and spending time with family and friends. Her greatest gift was reaching out to those in need and lending a helping hand.
Preceding her in death, Father James Perry Williams, Husband James David Lee SR. She later remarried Thomas Miller, Sister Annie Tubbs Cunningham, Brother Eddie Williams, and Grandson Brandon Martez Smith.
She leaves to cherish her memories her Mother Winfred Tubbs, one Daughter Kimberly Frazier (Jessie) of El Dorado, AR, three Sons Anthony Williams, of Lancaster, CA; James Lee Jr (Verterocia) of El Dorado, AR; Xavier King of Little Rock, AR, sister Patricia Davis (Ted) of El Dorado, AR and Shelia of North Little Rock, AR, brother James Perry Williams, of Mayfield, Kentucky, George Williams of Fort Meyers, FL, Larry Tubbs of El Dorado, AR, adopted daughter, Jinger Green, as well as ten grandchildren and six Great Grandchildren and a host of Aunts, Uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, church family, and friends in El Dorado and Little Rock that will miss her.
