Sherrilynn Pierce was born on April 16, 1961, in Smackover, Arkansas, to the late Ophelia and Edward Pierce Sr. She was a woman of quiet strength, deep love, and a gentle spirit whose presence brought comfort to those around her.
Throughout her life, Sherrilynn was known for her resilience, compassion, and devotion to family. She had a caring heart and a steady nature, always making room for others and offering love in both words and actions. Her legacy is one of perseverance, kindness, and unwavering love.
Sherrilynn was preceded in death by her parents, Ophelia and Edward Pierce Sr.; her beloved son, Clee Edward Pierce; three sisters; and five brothers.
On December 29, 2025, Sherrilynn transitioned from this life, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy that will continue to live on through her family.
She is survived by her loving sister, Olive Warren of El Dorado, Arkansas; two sons, Fredrick Pierce of Claremore, Oklahoma, and Lawrence Pierce of El Dorado, Arkansas; three grandsons, Landon Pierce, Gaige Pierce, and Kendrick Pierce; one granddaughter, Debrisha Pierce; and one great-grandson, Aniri O'Rion Pierce. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Sherrilynn Pierce will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
