Sarada Natia “Rada” Johnson was born on May 11, 1993 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Carla Jamerson and Gerrard Johnson.
Sarada attended the El Dorado Public School System and graduated from El Dorado High School in May 2012. She was the recipient of the El Dorado Promise and after high school, she continued her education at South Arkansas University for one year.
Sarada was a long-time employee of Sonic Drive-in where she began working when she was in high school. She later was employed at Walmart until her health began to fail.
Sarada had a smile that would light up the world. She was always very positive, even during her illness. She enjoyed traveling, taking pictures, joking around, playing games on her phone, and hanging out with family and friends.
Sarada accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and attended St. James Missionary Baptist Church along with her family.
Sarada went home to be with the Lord on August 17, 2019 at the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She will be greatly missed by her medical team and all who loved and cared for her. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sara Jamerson.
She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Carla Jamerson and father, Gerrard Johnson (Jennifer); her siblings Reginald, Brittany, Kierre, Jamon, Shamazia, Javon, Brenden, Jaraelyn and Braylee; her grandparents Melwyn Johnson-Primus (Moses) of Lancaster, California, her grandfather, Billy Ray Johnson; her great-grandmother, Alfriza Moore, of El Dorado, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and other relatives and friends who will miss her greatly.
