Rosie Mae Holmes Kilgore, Sunrise April 18, 1946, Sunset November 19, 2025. Rosie Mae Holmes Kilgore was born April 18, 1946, to the late AJ Holmes and Mannie Mae Manning Holmes. She was married to her soulmate, Isaiah Kilgore Jr.

Six children were born into the union. She was a long-time, faithful, and dedicated member of Morning Star Baptist Church #2. She was well known as a Prayer Warrior. She also loved all plants, studying the Bible, word searches, and cooking for many. She was devoted to family and friends.

Proceeding in her death her husband and parents, sister (Clara), brother (Joe), Mark, Isom, Selevester Homes and one son in law (David Mattern), one daughter in law (Paulette Kilgore) left to cherish her memories are Sharon Kilgore Starts (Eldorado, AR) and Joann Kilgore Mattern (Garland, TX), Margie Kilgore Moody (Joey) (Dallas, TX), Isaiah Kilgore III (Julie) (Eldorado, AR), Daniel Kilgore (Eldorado, AR), Albert Kilgore (Tasheka) (Eldorado, AR), one sister (Julia Ann Holmes), two brothers (Thomas James and Archie Ray Holmes (Jacquelyn),one step daughter (Lashanda Kilgore), one GOD daughter (Monica Phifer), one GOD son (Shango Cutter), grandkids Larry Starts (Damyshia), Isom Kilgore, Cory White, Jacinta Moody, Jaswana Moody Benjamin (Bruce), Jamarkio Levington (Jade), Josh Moody, Janeisha Moody Harris (Dezirel), Joey Jr., Brione, Paula and great grandkids Larry Jr., Taylor, Nevaeh, Kennedi, Harlee, Royce, Isom Jr., Cory Jr., Kaylee, Cayden, Jace, Brooklyn, Destiny, Camron, Bryce, Jayden, Josh Jr., Jaziya, Janyree, Mason, Dylan, Dezirel Jr. Jakayden, Zayvion, Paris and one best friend (Jean Carey and Johnny Carey) and two sisters in law (Shellie Manning and Jaquelyn Holmes). Several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends who held a special place in her heart.
