Roberta came into this world on February 25, 1980, the daughter of the late Robert Bell and Carissia Hegwood. Roberta went to El Dorado High School where she received her High School diploma in 1998.
Roberta had such a sweet heart that everyone loved her. She loved Christ and had accepted Christ as her Savior and she was a member of Beulah Grove Missionary Baptist Church (Parnell).
When Roberta’s health would allow her, she worked as a cashier and the job she loved the most was being a Dispatcher for the El Dorado Police Department.
Roberta was united with her parents in Heaven on February 24, 2019 after a short stay at John Williamson Hospice in El Dorado, AR.
Roberta leaves her memories to her brothers, David Bell of Houston, TX, Brandon Hegwood of Longview, TX, and Maurice Bell of El Dorado, AR., and her step-father Ben Richmond. Roberta’s memories will also be left with many relatives, classmates, co-workers and friends.
Services will be Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 11:00 am at Morning Star Baptist Church #2. Viewing will be one hour prior to service time. Cremation services are provided by Sims Mortuary. Sign the guestbook online at www.simsmortuary.com
