Richard Bell

September 20, 1964 — May 27, 2026

Richard Lee Bell was born into this life on September 20, 1964, in Smackover, Arkansas. His parents, Bennie Lee Bell and Margaret Jones Bell, taught him Christian values and the importance of hard work.

Richard was a hard worker. He worked several jobs throughout his life and was known as a jack of all trades. He spent much of his career as a tree feller and trimmer and truly loved what he did. Skilled in his craft, he never minded sharing his knowledge with others. He never met a stranger and was always full of energy, wearing a smile and displaying his outgoing personality. He enjoyed fishing from his boat, spending time in nature, and rarely went without his sunglasses.

On May 27, 2026, Richard transitioned into eternal life. His memory will live forever in our hearts.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bennie Lee Bell; his mother, Margaret Jones Bell; four brothers, Calvin Bell, David Bell, Sylvester Bell, and Bobby Bell; and one sister, Marietta Bell.

He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, Billy Bell (Priscilla) of Dallas, Texas, and Timothy Bell of El Dorado, Arkansas; two sisters, Daisy Gaskin (Benny) of Smackover, Arkansas, and Hazel McElroy (Fredrick) of El Dorado, Arkansas; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
