Patsy Rhodes

Patsy Ruth Meeks Rhodes, "PR," daughter of the late Arthur Meeks and Eunice Henry Richmond, was born in Lillie, LA, on May 17, 1944. She departed this life on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR.
In 1963, Patsy Meeks Rhodes married Oliver Rhodes Jr., and they were married for  46 years.
Patsy was employed by Prescolite in El Dorado, Arkansas, until the company closed. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and caring friend. She loved shopping, traveling, and keeping her automobile clean (LOL).
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Meeks and Eunice Henry-Richmond, and three brothers, George Meeks, Billy, and Vernell Dawson.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories of three children, Pamela Agbe-Davies (Stephen) of Maryland, Tony (Tracy) Rhodes of Benton, AR, and Teresa Rhodes. Eight Grandchildren, Antonio (Janita)Rhodes of Jackson, TN, MarQuisha (Terry) Rhodes, Jamie Modica Jr. of El Dorado, AR, Demetrius (Holli) Rhodes, Christopher (Charlene)Rhodes, Derrick (Britana)McKnight, all of Little Rock, AR, Madison Agbe- Davies of New York, NY, Stephanie Agbe- Davies of Atlanta, GA, extra grandchild Donavon Dismuke. Six brothers Ronnie and Kenneth (Latoya) Meeks of California, Chester (Ruby) Richmond of Garland, TX, Norwood (Betty) Henry of TX, Ricky (Mattie) Richmond of Texarkana, TX, Larry (Rena) Richmond of Little Rock, AR, two sisters Corrita Meeks of California, and Lois Mosley of El Dorado,AR.Twelve Great - grandchildren and special friends Destiny "Dee" Rozier and Shelli Neal Bounds. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly.
