Patsy Lovette

Patsy Ruth Lovette was born September 5, 1938, in Strong, Arkansas, to the late Ben and Corine Ford. Her father and mother, three sisters: Clemintine Ford, Betty Glenn Ford Archie and Earnestine Ford Thomas. Three brothers, Tommie Lee Ford, Joseph Frank Ford, and Nathan Mack, and one grandson, Lonnie Brooks, all preceded her in death.

Patsy grew up In Strong Arkansas. She was baptized at an early age at the Curry Chapel AME Church, where she accepted Christ as her personal savior.

Patsy met and married Ervin Lovette in holy matrimony on September 26, 1959. To this union, five children were born: Ervin Lee, Angel Marie, Jeffrey Allen, Donnie, and Lonnie. She joined the Free Union AME Church, serving on different committees and overseeing kitchen duties. She retired from Con Agra.

She transitioned to her heavenly rest on January 22, 2024, at the St Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She leaves to cherish her memories five children: Ervin Lee Lovette, Angel Marie Lovette Rogers, Jeffrey Allen Lovette (Connie), Donnie Lovette (Renetta), and Lonnie Lovette, and a great-niece that she raised as her own, Tolyia Archie Holt, two nephews, Chris Thomas and Brice Thomas,  twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and a host of cousins and friends.
