Murphy "MJ" Aaron Jr.

Murphy Joe Aaron Jr was born on August 7, 1986, to Pastor Murphy Joe Aaron SR and the late Suzette Henry Aaron in El Dorado, AR. He was considered a miracle child as he was given to his father in a dream after his parents suffered three stillborn births. The Lord saw fit to turn a dream into reality by blessing them with a precious baby boy. 

Murphy, affectionately known as “MJ,” was called home to be with our heavenly father on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.

MJ was a graduate of El Dorado High School Class of 2004.  After graduation, He continued his education at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He completed training at Pine Bluff Truck Driving School, where he obtained his CDL’s which set the foundation for his career as a truck driver, and ultimately secured his employment with Evergreen Industrial Services.

On November 11, 2011, MJ married his childhood sweetheart Tamara Moody, and through this union, God allowed MJ to see his heart in human form with daughters Makayla and Makiyah.

MJ accepted Christ at an early age at Holy Ghost Love under the leadership of his grandfather Superintendent Donnie Jr Aaron. He was a football Fanatic. His hobbies included listening to music, rapping, traveling, and dressing to impress. 

MJ also loved to spend time with his girls and his dad.  Being the socially dynamic person that he was, he was always the one to bring together friends and family with his million-dollar smile and heart of gold.

MJ was preceded in death by his mother, Suzette Henry Aaron.  His paternal grandparent Superintendent Donnie Jr Aaron and Dora Jean Aaron. His maternal grandparents Gracie Lee Rispey and Joe Dawn.  

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his Father, Pastor Murphy Joe Aaron Sr, His stepmother Wanda Aaron.  Step-grandfather Napoleon Risby. Stepsisters Karen Taylor and Shanetta (Dennis) Venzant. And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and Friends
