Marnell Jackson

Mrs. Marnell Jackson of El Dorado, AR, was born on April 26, 1954, in Crossett, AR to the late Parnell Sr. and Johnnie Mae Jackson. Marnell Jackson was a woman of God that could quote any scripture to you that she learned from her mother. She was an Army Veteran that served her country and protected her family. After she was honorably discharged, Marnell accomplished so much more. She was a CNA; she worked as an operator for Clean Harbor for 30 years. She put out fires for her job; she was one of few women on the Fire Brigade team. Her hobbies were shopping, finding sales of any kind, and using her Almanac Book to raise her garden. She loved to cook; she had a family of four, but she always cooked enough food to feed others that knew about her good cooking, and she would help anybody in need that she could.

Marnell is preceded in death by her parents, the late Parnell Jackson Sr. and Johnnie Mae Jackson, one brother Porter Jackson and one sister Christine Jackson.

Marnell leaves to cherish her memories her Husband Barry Jackson, daughter Antionette (Byron) Bailey, son Jermaine (Ebony) Candley, four brothers Parnell (Barbara) Jackson, Earnest (Mary) Jackson, Thomas (Jeanette) Jackson, and Eddie Jackson. Six sisters Gloria (Bobby) Butler, Mary Francis (Jennifer) Jackson, Earnestine (Tommy) Horton, Dorothy (Calvin) Henry, Sandra (Billy) Johnson, and Johnnie Marie (Bill) White.
