Lonnie Chaney

Lonnie R. Chaney was born on June 27, 1949, to Jerome Chaney and Pharfina Ford in El Dorado, Arkansas. He lived in many various states and departed his earthly home on Thursday, July 7, 2022.

Lonnie worked for Teeter Honda for many years in Special Finance and Sales. He also worked as a retired process service for many counties.

Lonnie was a faithful member of the New Olive Branch Baptist Church and remained faithful until his health failed.

Chaney enjoyed camping, motorcycle riding, and fast driving. He was a great cook, and his favorite dessert was banana pudding.

Lonnie is preceded in death by his mother, father, and one son, Lonnie Chaney, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his wife of 24 years, Sherlean Chaney; three sons, Steve, Ken, and Michael Chaney; three daughters, Ashley (Brandon), Shemekia, and Jennifer (Marus); 11 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
