Larry "Joker" Brown was born on November 8, 1960, in Bernice, Louisiana, to Mr. L.B. Brown and Mrs. Margie Ree Brown. At a young age, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior while attending New Home Baptist Church in Junction City, Arkansas.
Larry graduated from Junction City High School in Junction City, Arkansas. He was known for his warmth, humor, strength, and steady presence. He brought light, laughter, and wisdom wherever he went. His favorite saying, "Life is hard, but it's fair," reflected the honest and resilient way he lived his life. To his family and friends, Larry was a beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend whose spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Larry was truly a good man with a bright spirit and a warm smile.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, L.B. Brown; mother, Margie Ree Brown; brothers, John Hugh "Sonny" Brown, Tommy Brown, and Will Alfred Brown; sisters, Margaret Jean Brown, Ruth Alice Brown, Madeline Brown, and Jacqueline Brown; and his grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Lavereon Brown of Eudora, Arkansas; daughters, Chloe Brown of Houston, Texas, and Quavacei Mills of Eudora, Arkansas; sister, Rosa Brown of Detroit, Michigan; three grandchildren, Lovereon, Sonella, and Robyn; bonus sister/niece, Angela Brown of Junction City, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
