On January 6, 1941, God blessed us with Juanita Brown of El Dorado, AR to the late Johnnie & Corine Adams.
As a believer of in the word of GOD, Juanita became a member of First Baptist Church and matriculated to Greater Paradise Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Dr. E.A Porchia.
Because she loved her community so much, she was a member of the Searchers Social and Charity Club, Circle Naomi of the Women Missionary Society, Paradise Baptist Church Usher Board, and the leader of the Paradise Baptist Church Kitchen Committee. Juanita retired from ConAgra after 40+ years, where she worked as a Shift Leader. In her retirement, she sought to continue her passion for helping others by becoming a C.N.A. to those in need.
Her hobbies were gardening, cooking, and baking. She prepared her meals with love, and was willing to feed anyone she encountered. Juanita's baking was renowned. She received many request for her Red Velvet Cake, Sweet Potato Pie, and "Juanita's Poundcake"!
Juanita is preceded in death by her parents. Her first husband, Mr. Phil Johnson, Jr. Her husband, Mr. Grant Brown. Her son, Grady Christopher. Her grandson, Marcus O. Jackson.
