Jerry "Jake " Wayne Cowser was born on February 4, 1956, to the late Thelma Davis- Harris and the late T. Cowser in the Three Creeks community. He was called home from this life on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Chi St. Vincent in Hot Springs, AR. He became a member of Union Arc Baptist Church and served his years as a Deacon. He attended Rosen Wald Junction City High School in Junction City, AR. Jerry met Loretta Easter, and they soon married. To this union, three boys were born. Jerry was an employee at Con Agra for 28 years and soon retired.
He is preceded in death by his wife Loretta; his son Eric; his parents Thelma Harris and T. Cowser; his two brothers Houston Johnson Jr. and Charles Harris; three sisters Emma Nell Malone, Shirley Nelson, and Billie Jean Malone and a nephew Shannon Morris.
He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Fredrick Cowser (Diana) and Jeffery Cowser (Shacreshia), and a grandchild who was raised like his own Demarce Malone, two sisters, Mary Springer of Three Creeks, and Sheila Waller (Roland) of El Dorado, AR, one sister-in-law Jackie Easter (Bobby) of Magnolia, AR. He also leaves to cherish his memories nine grandchildren, seven Great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
