Jerline Johnson

Jerline was born August 28, 1939, in Union County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Hosie and Elizabeth Billings Ganter.

She departed this life on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvoid Johnson; two sons, Lavell Johnson, and Eugene Johnson, Parents, Hosie and Elizabeth Ganter; sister Morline Ganter; brothers, Alford Ganter, James Ganter, Jerry Ganter, Elbert Ganter, and Lawrence Ganter; two grandkids, Jerry Moore Jr. and Brittany Rodgers, one great-grandchild, N'Keyah Elizabeth Johnson.

Jerline leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Robert Johnson of Tyler Texas, and Thomas Johnson (Jammie); Five daughters, Patricia Dawkins, Carol Woods (Ralph), Chris Jones (Calvin), all of El Dorado, AR, Lorine Green (George) and Erline Jordan (Minister Fred) of Little Rock, AR. One brother, T.W. Ganter; two sisters, Loistine Smith and Christine Williams of Calion; twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren; and twenty-four great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of other Relatives and friends.
