James “JW” Wilford Dickerson

James Wilford " JW" Dickerson was born on August 22, 1940, The second born child and son of Girtha (McAlphin) Dickerson in Union County Arkansas. He grew up as a member of Mt. Sinai Freewill Baptist Church where he attended until he became ill.

James W. Dickerson  graduated from Washington High School in Eldorado Arkansas. James W. Dickerson departed this life on July 1st, 2019 in Bernice Louisiana.  

James W. Dickerson was blessed with six children, eight grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

James W. Dickerson was preceeded in death his Younger brother James D. Dickerson and son Fred Dickerson.

James W. Dickerson leaves to cherish his memory, his sister's Ola Mae Nunley of San Francisco, California, Emma Jean Henderson (Howard) Eldorado Arkansas, and Geraldine Jackson (Edgar) Lawndale California. His Daughters Barbara Lawsha ( Tony) Sacramento California, Amy Johnson (Chris) Plano, TX. His sons Bernard Dickerson Eldorado, Arkansas, Patrick Dickerson Texarkana, Ar and Philip Dickerson (Jennifer) San Antonio TX. Eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
