James Johnson was born April 11, 1931 in Lisbon Arkansas to the late Ocie Moore and Phyllis Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Betty Moore and Bernice Boone.
He is survived by his two sons Jeffrey Johnson and Tony Johnson, his brother Marvin Johnson, his close friend Melvin Burns, eight grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Public Visitation will be Friday, December 14, 2018 from 12-5:00 pm Sims Mortuary. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. pm at Good Home Baptist Church. Sign the guestbook online at www.simsmortuary.com
