Helen Pickett

The Birth

Sis. Helen Marie Pickett was born February 4. 1967 to Devis V. Pickett of Banks, Arkansas and Lacyerene Holmes in Warren, Arkansas and transitioned to her new home to be with the Lord on November 28, 2021.

The Rebirth

At an early age she found Christ and was united with First Baptist Church in Hampton and later in life joined Ebenezer Baptist Church

Education and work

Helen attended school in Hampton AR and later went on through life doing clerical work and home cleaning.

Her Life

Helen lived a life that was unpredictable and full of love

The Family

Her parents, her stepfather Charles Holmes, her sister Barbra Ann Lawson, and her brother Devis Pickett Jr.  all preceded her in death.

Her memories will always be cherished by her three sons: Robert Johnson of Little Rock, Arkansas, Marlin Johnson of Strong, Arkansas, and Patrick Thomas of Hampton, Arkansas. Her daughter Ronnie Kelley of Strong, Arkansas. Four sisters Betty Jean Ford of Strong, Arkansas, Veronica Lawson of Strong, Arkansas, Janice Holmes of El Dorado, Arkansas, and Jackie Edington. Three Brothers: Bobby Joe Smith of Strong, Arkansas, Martin Pickett of Strong Arkansas, and Christopher Holmes of El Dorado, Arkansas. Nine Grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
