George "Winky" Edward Moore Jr.

Mr. George Edward Moore, Jr was born on April 1, 1979, in El Dorado, Arkansas, to George Moore, Sr and Gloria D. Smith Moore Levingston.

George united with First James Baptist Church in El Dorado at a young age. He later joined Sunlight C.O.G.I.C. He attended El Dorado High School.

Preceding him in death is his Mother, Gloria D. Smith Moore Levingston; maternal grandmother Ludie Smith, Maternal grandfather, Leon Smith; Paternal Grandmother, Lacy Newton; and Paternal Grandfather, Odell Moore.

George's memories will be cherished by his father, Dr. George Moore, Sr Stepmother Gladys Moore, Stepfather Bobby Ray Levingston, Brothers James Smith,  Dematrice Smith (Talmekia), Anthony Smith (Beverly), Demetrio Levingston, Laviko Levingston (Monica), Antonio Moore (Sharikka), Matthew Moore, Keith Moore (Leah), Kevin Moore, Jerry (Shala) Rodney Larry and Zachary Ratliff (Shonda). Sister Jolonda Hicks, JaQuetta Hall (James), Godmothers Ammie Kimble & Betty Buffert, and brother-in-law Octivia Loggins. He also leaves to cherish a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.
