Frederick "Big Daddy" Curley Jr.

Fredrick Curley Jr. transitioned to his eternal resting place on Friday February 1, 2019 at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

Fredrick accepted Christ at an early age.  He was a member of The Blood of Jesus Christ in Stephens, Arkansas with the Pastor Stephen Hayes.  Fredrick worked for El Dorado Golf and Country Club for nine years until his health fell.

Fredrick Curley Jr. better known as Man, Big Daddy, Freddy P, Uncle Man, and Sexy Man.  He was one of a kind, he had a smile that would light up the world.  Now we are going to call him Big Daddy because he loved his mother’s cooking as well as the New England Patriots football team.  He loved his music and video games.  He loved to play daddy to his nieces and nephews. Most of all he fell in love with his white G.M.C. Canyon truck.    He was one young man that loved is Papa Jake.

Fredrick is preceded in death by his grandparent’s Joe and Letha Curley, Bessie Ford, five aunts: Brenda Curley, Lisa Dickerson, Veronica Marbray, Deborah Ford, and Lillie Lovett, two uncles Jimmy Curley and Artumas Marbray.

Although Fredrick is no longer with us in body, his spirit, laughter and Love will live on in the hearts and minds of his Father and Mother Fredrick and Janice Curley of El Dorado, AR; Grandfather Jesse Ford El Dorado, AR, two sisters Veronica Curley and Kamisha Jackson both of El Dorado, AR, three brothers; Alonza Stanley, Antonio (Sharikka) Moore; and Brandon Curley all of El Dorado, AR; four aunts Shirley Adugyane of Euless, Texas, Linda (Larry) Everett of Toledo, Ohio; Vada (Anthony) Traylor and Sheree Johnson both of El Dorado, AR, five uncles Bobby (Shelia) Curley; Kevin Curley of Denver, Co, Donnie (Juanita) Ford; Percy Ford,  Charles Ford all of El Dorado, AR and  special friend Ashley Paschal.

Public visitation will be Friday, February 8, 2019 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at Sims Mortuary. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 9,2019 at 1:00 pm at Union Mission Baptist Church with Rev.
