Elizabeth Willis was born December 25, 1956, to the late Carlton Williams and Lovada Willis.
She was raised in Junction City, AR and graduated from Rosenwald High School. She later attended Oil Belt Vo-tech, where she received her Phlebotomy and CNA Certification/ license. She later moved to El Dorado and pursued her career at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. Elizabeth united with the New Hope CME Church at an early age and once she moved to El Dorado, she became a member of the St. James Baptist Church. Elizabeth enjoyed traveling the world and going on various cruises, until her health began to fail, yet continuing to spend time with her family, playing cards and going on outings when she could.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her only sister, Lillie Montgomery, and her children, Mark Watts and Takeba Morris King.
She leaves to cherish her memories, one granddaughter, Kliya Morris, two grandsons, Keon Morris and Kordell Burch, her niece Angela Boone-Keel (James), Nephew, Christopher Williams (Jackie), best Friend Janice Meeks and her very special friend, Mr. Claudie Thomas, whom she loved dearly along with other relatives and friends
Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 4, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Baptist Church. Public viewing will be 1 hour prior to the service time. Interment will be at Community Cemetery in Junction City, Arkansas under the direction of Sims Mortuary. Sign the guestbook at simsmortuary.com
