Cynthia Loyd

Cynthia Loyd was born on August 27, 1970, to the late Lonnie and Margie Hughes. Love is a beautiful thing to have. On July 8, 2020, she united in Holy Matrimony with the love of her life Rev. Nathan Loyd. Cynthia united with Batts Chapel Baptist Church-a dedicated member and servant who loved God. First Lady Loyd was a faithful servant in the church, where she sang in the choir and worked in the mission ministry.

Cynthia was a proud graduate of Huttig High School in 1988. After High School, she attended school to become an Esthetician. She also was a Licensed CNA. She loved skincare and making people beautiful. She also loved taking care of people. Beyond her professional life, Cynthia was known for her love for her family and friends.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Maternal and Paternal grandparents.

Left to cherish her precious memories are her husband, Rev. Nathan Loyd, and her daughters, Janiyah Reedy and Brenda Loyd. One brother, Ricky Hughes, and two sisters, LaTasha Hughes and Juanita Delphin. Three grandchildren, Kailen Furlow, Jamarian Ford Jr., and Syncere Ford. One niece, Lashunda Lee, Seven nephews, Traveon Hughes, Antwione Hughes, Landon Hughes, Reign Richardson, Jalen Williams, Cecil Delphin Jr., and Isaiah Delphin. A host of extended family and friends who will continue to hold her memory dear; her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
