Brother Corey Nelson was born August 13, 1974 to Billy Ray Nelson and Lena Nelson in El Dorado, Arkansas. Corey grew up in the Three Creeks Community, A very quiet and shy little boy. He united with the El Bethel Baptist Church where he loved his Pastor and his church fellowship.
He received his primary and secondary education from the Junction City Public School System in Junction City, Arkansas. After graduation he decided to further his education and enrolled into Eaton Barber Stylist College, Inc. in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. After receiving his diploma and was licensed, he moved back home and begin working at Rester Part II, where he built one of the largest clientele in South Arkansas.
He was married to the love of his life Kimberly Evans Nelson, a marriage made in heaven, sealed with God’s Love.
Corey departed this life Friday, June 7,2019. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Nelson, one daughter, Chasity Nelson, Mother, Lena Nelson, two brothers: Billy Green (Stephanie) Tracy Nelson (Katie) One sister, Michele Saunders, one Granddaughter: Morgan McCoy, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
