Clark Furlow

July 21, 1949 — January 2, 2023

In his infinite wisdom, God deemed it necessary to call from our midst our beloved. So we bow in humble submission to his will and pause to reflect upon the life of Clark Furlow.

Clark Furlow Sr. was born to James and Helen Furlow on July 21, 1949. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Helen Furlow, two Sisters, Pamela Furlow and Nancy Daniels, and two brothers, Undre Furlow and Roy Lee Furlow.

He grew up in Strong, AR, where he attended Gardner High School. Where he sang in the Choir, Played in the band, and was an avid player on the Tiger team.

Clark truly enjoyed traveling, fishing, hunting, watching sports, and interacting with family and friends.

Clark served in the United States Army.

He worked for Great Lakes Chemical as an operator until retirement. He joined Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church at an early age until his death.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 51 years Mary Frances Norman- Furlow, his children, four daughters Candi Furlow of Kansas City, Tonya Furlow of El Dorado, AR, Andreka Brock (Donald) of El Dorado, AR, Helen Shelton (Aaron) of Houston, TX, two sons Clark Furlow Jr. of El Dorado, AR and Anthony Perry (Jennifer) of Strong, AR, his sisters Vera Furlow of Crossett, AR, Jannie James (Alfonzo) of El Dorado, AR, Virginia Hall of Strong, AR, Evelyn McDaniels of Little Rock, AR, Ethel Williams of El Dorado, AR, Terrill Miller of El Dorado, AR, and Chalandra McHenry of Strong, AR. One brother James Furlow (Jeannie). Ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a great extended family, and many friends.

He left this world, so suddenly, the Lord finished his mansion and wanted him to see it. He put his arms around him and whispered, "Clark, come with me" We feel he is in a better place and happy to be there.
