Clarence D. Henry

August 17, 1952 — April 21, 2026

Deacon Clarence Henry was born on August 17, 1952, in El Dorado, Arkansas, to Cotris and Alma Henry. He graduated from John Adams School in San Francisco, California. After graduation, he returned to El Dorado, Arkansas, where he worked at ConAgra for several years. Brother Clarence later became a Deacon at Free Will Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. A. McGhee, where he served faithfully until he moved to California.

On September 5, 2010, he married his beautiful wife, Diana Henry, whom he loved unconditionally until his passing.

Deacon Clarence was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers, W.L. Henry, James Henry, J.C. Henry, Clyde Jackson, David Henry, and Cotris Henry, Jr.; and three sisters, Affie Henry Boone, Myrtle Andrews, and Linda Henry.

Deacon Clarence's legacy will live on through his two sons, Kevin Henry of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Eric Henry of Little Rock, Arkansas; five sisters, Ruby Henry Christian of Vallejo, California, Virginia Henry Barner of Cabot, Arkansas, Nancy Henry of Modesto, California, Annie Henry McGruder of New Jersey, and Charlotte Henry Nelson (Robert) of El Dorado, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, Andraya Henry, Zendaya Henry, Tomario M. King, Aubrianna Jefferson, Dequontay J. Henry, Emmanuel L. Henry, and Elijah D. Smith; four precious great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
