Carolyn Jefferson

Sister Carolyn G. Jefferson was born on Aug 27, 1958, in Marion, La to Deacon Perry and Sis. Katie Billings Jefferson.

She departed this life on Thurs. Oct 15, 2020.

At an early age, she united with the Starlight Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Eld. L.C. Cooks. She later united with the Sunlight Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Supt. Charles Booker. Where she continued to serve with the leadership of Pastor Herbert Ridgell, Jr. She was faithful and dedicated to the Sunlight Church, where she served in many Capacities with a current role as a member of the trustee Board finance Dept. One of her biggest highlights was singing in the choir.

She was employed at Courtyard Rehabilitation Health Center.

Carolyn Jefferson is preceded in death by her parents and Sis. Katie Jefferson, Deacon Perry Jefferson,  and brother Terry Jefferson.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sisters Recy (Fred) James of Camden, AR, and Missy Gayle Ford of Huttig, AR, and her favorite nephew Marcus Ford and niece Madelyn Ford both of El Dorado, AR, and a host of family and friends.
