Caroline Stanley

Caroline was born May 25, 1955, to the parents of Smead Stanley and Ruth Anderson-Stanley. Caroline accepted God into her life at an early age at Shady Grove Baptist Church. She graduated from Parkers Chapel High School in 1972. 

Later in her adult life, she moved to Little Rock and became a member of the New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. She served as a choir member, Sunday School teacher, and on the kitchen committee. On May 28, 1987, Caroline became a mother to her one and only child, Amanda Cherie. Caroline worked at UAMS for 20 years as a Central Supply Technician, where she retired in 2018.

Caroline is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Anderson-Stanley; her father, Smead Stanley; her 3 sisters, Ruby Brice, Mary Lou Stanley, and Raye Anderson; and her 4 brothers, Earnst Lee Moore, Benny Stanley, Smead Stanley Jr., and Andrew Stanley.

Caroline leaves to cherish her one and only daughter, Amanda (Jimmy) Smith-Stanley, her only granddaughter, Skyelar Barnes, her 2 grandsons, Javion & John Smith of Sherwood, AR, and 2 sisters, Betty Hardy of El Dorado, AR and Marilyn Stanley of Sherwood, AR, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
