Billy Earl Tate was born on October 10, 1958, in El Dorado, Arkansas, to the late Charlie Harper and Earnestine Tate Massey.
He departed his earthly home on November 15, 2022, at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Harper, one brother Raymond Tate, two sisters, Shirley Lott and Dorothy Tate, and a Goddaughter Shakena Ford.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Earnestine Tate Massey, daughter Sharnecia Tate; two brothers, Johnny Ray Lott (Beverly) and Vincent Tate; sister-in-law Lillie Edwards; a special friend Rotunda Bruins and two God Children, Christina Ford and Judas Bruins. He leaves behind a host of relatives and friends.
