Betty Wade

Betty Jean Wade came into the world on December 29, 1953. She was the daughter of Robert and Mae Ruth Mason.

Betty was a lifelong member of Little Bethel Baptist Church. She was a housekeeper for many years for Richard and Vertis Mason. She later became a caregiver/housekeeper for Dr. Pillsbury and his family, where she remained until her health began to fail.

She enjoyed fishing, reading, cooking, and going to church. She also enjoyed being a loving Mother, Nana, and Wife.

On May 15, 2011, she was united with Rev. Casey Wade.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Mae Ruth Mason, her grandparents, Johnnie and Lizzie Landers-Samuels, bonus daughter Cassandra Reed, and grandson Marcus Reed.

Betty's loving memories will be cherished by her Husband Rev. Casey Wade, four children, Janice Jordan of Little Rock, Arkansas, Sharon Green, Wendy Bullock (Melvin), Roderick Green (Kristin) of Ft. Worth, Texas, and her bonus children Rev. Corey Wade (Jeanette), Cacita Jamerson (Cleo), Dexter Fifer, and one loving brother, Ronny Johnson of Shreveport, Louisiana. She has one sister in love, Brenda Stanley (Vic) of Smackover, Arkansas. A special son, Melvin Bullock. Twenty-one grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly.
