Augustine Williams-Phifer was born on April 3, 1966. She was the daughter of Alice O. Martin and J.W. Williams. She was the youngest of 10 siblings. She lived and grew up in El Dorado, AR. At a young age, she accepted Christ as her lord and savior.
Augustine was educated in the El Dorado public school district and graduated from the El Dorado High School class of 1984.
Augustine was employed for many years as a phlebotomist. She enjoyed listening and dancing to music and joking and laughing with friends and family.
Although she lived for many years in Little Rock, AR, she departed this life on April 17, 2022, in her hometown of El Dorado, which she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ceaser Phifer, her mother, Alice & father, J.W., one sister Ruthell Martin, and three brothers, Gene Godfrey, Paul Steward & Calvin Lee.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Allison Carr (Roderick) of North Little Rock AR and son David Williams of West Point Virginia. Six grandchildren Ma'ziya, D'unka, Mya, Roderick JR, Ezekiel, and Braxton.
