Arthur E. Williams was born on January 7, 1968, to Arthur R. Williams and Diann Williams.

He fell asleep on December 14,202, at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.

He accepted Christ at an early age at El Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. He attended and graduated from Junction City High school; Dimp loved his children, family, & friends. He enjoyed fishing and hanging out with his friends and especially his family. He was the owner and operator of “Dimps Detail” and an avid lover of the Dallas Cowboys.

He was preceded in death by one daughter Mahogany Williams who he loved dearly, a sister Candida (Candy) Williams, and his grandparents.

His memory will live on through his parents, Arthur Ray & Diann Williams of Three Creeks, AR; two sons, Kenneth Lowery & Yuri Williams, both of Little Rock, AR; two grandchildren, Lauren & Kyland Lowery, both of Little Rock, AR, two Sisters Cassundra Rester of El Dorado, AR, & Cynthia Shepard of Three Creeks, AR. Two nephews Michael D. Neely of Detroit, MI, Sharmon D. Rester II of El Dorado, AR; one niece Shamondra D. Rester, of Little Rock, AR and one great Niece, Kylie R. Neely of Monroe, LA. A host of aunts, & uncles, two special friends, Ingrid Evans &.James Edwards (Moco)
