Anderson Miller

Anderson Miller was born May 18, 1926, to Pete Miller Sr. & Georgia Ann Moore Miller in El Dorado, Arkansas. He was a father to four generations of grandchildren and a good friend to everyone who knew him. On October 7, 2025, God called him home.

He was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. He worked as a logger, J.M. Poultry, Cement Co., and Hildreth Drilling.

Anderson Miller was preceded in death by his parents, Pete Miller and Georgia Ann Moore Miller, and his life-long partner Carrie Mae Tubbs. Six brothers: Paul Miller, Eddie H. Miller, Roosevelt Miller, Sylvester Miller, Clarence Miller, and Pete Jr. Miller. Two sisters: Nora Miller and Ruby Lee Miller. Two daughters: Lois Miller and Linda Miller Samuel. One son: Leray Davis. Three grandsons: Albert Thurman, Shawn Samuels, and Leray Jr. Davis. One great-grandson: Christopher Collins.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories three sons: Freddy Lee Miller, Billy Ray Miller, and Robert Wayne Miller (Carolyn); one daughter: Clara Faye Miller; all of El Dorado, Arkansas; and one bonus daughter: Carolyn Coleman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 25 great-great-grandchildren, two great-great-great-grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
