Robert Evans, Sr.

In my father's house are many mansions...John 14 Robert Evans, Sr. was born on December 17, 1960 in Bernice, Louisiana the son of J.T. and Sarah O. Harral Evans. At an early age he united with Fellowship Baptist Church in Junction City, Louisiana. He worked for Foster Farms in Farmerville, Louisiana. Robert was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents John and Alma Harrell, his maternal grandmother Lula Evans; two sisters Nickie Evans and Vickie Lee; one uncle J.E. Evans; two nephews, James Blackmon and Corey Evans. He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Robert Earl Evans, Jr., Roderick Evans, Sr.; four brothers, Zane Harrol, Tommy Lee both of El Dorado, Arkansas, John Evans of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Stacy Evans of Junction City, Arkansas; three grandchildren. A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Junction City, Louisiana. Interment will follow in the Fellowship Cemetery under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation at the funeral home will be Monday, December 13, 2010 from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, December 14 from 8:30 to9:30am.
