Helen J Lewis

Ms. Helen J. Lewis was born on October 17, 1952, in Crossett, Arkansas, the daughter of Roscoe and Ruth Ford Lewis. She was preceded in death by her parents. She departed this life on Sunday, July 16, 2006 in the Medical Center of South Arkansas, El Dorado, Arkansas. She worked as a dietician at East Manor Nursing Home. Helen leaves to cherish her memories, one son Keith Kimble and one daughter, Keitha Lewis both of El Dorado, Arkansas; Five brothers, Chester Ford of El Dorado, Arkansas, Barney Lewis and Ricky Lewis both of Crossett, Arkansas, Wilbert Wilson of Los Angeles, California and Percell Higgins of Youma, Arizona; Four sisters, Vera Wilson and Sandra Levingston both of El Dorado, Arkansas, Annie Ford of Tampa, Florida and Virginia Robinson of Los Angeles, California. Graveside services for Ms. Lewis will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lott Burgy Cemetery, El Dorado, Arkansas with the Rev. George Calloway officiating. Interment will follow in Lott Burgy under the direction of The Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home, July 21, 2006 from 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday, July 22, 2006 from 8:30-9:30am. The family will receive friends at the home of Ms. Vera Wilson, 1302 East Wesson, El Dorado, Arkansas.
