Florella Moore

Sis. Florella "Ms. Tootsie" Moore was born on November 2, 1932 in Urbana, AR, the daughter of John Ase and Rosanna Henry Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Birdell Traylor and two brothers, Joe and James Moore. Sis. Moore departed this life on Monday, June 22, 2006 at her residence. She was a member of St. James Baptist Church where she served in many areas, Church Mother, Mission Department, Circle Traylor, Usher Board and Choir. She was a faithful member until death. She was a past member of O.E.S. Pride of El Dorado Chapter 352. Sis. Florella leaves to cherish her memories, Two sons, Willie J. Richmond(Pennie) of Little Rock, AR, McElroy Parker(Donna) of El Dorado, AR; Two daughters, Shirley J. Lovett of Los Angeles, CA and Loretta Parker of El Dorado, AR; Six brothers, Richard Moore(Lola), J.W. Moore, Johnny Moore(Juanita) all of El Dorado, AR, Willie L. Moore(Dorothy Jean), Jessie L. Moore(Lartha) both of Milwaukee, WI and Charles Moore of Little Rock, AR. She also leaves thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends. Homegoing services for Sis. Florella will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Baptist Church, El Dorado, AR with the Rev. Ollie Butler officiating. Interment will follow in Lott Burgy Cemetery under the direction of The Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 from 9:00am-5:00pm and Thursday, June 29, 2006 from 8:30-9:30am.
