Sondra Nelson

Sondra "Gail" Nelson was born on March 13, 1960, in Summerfield, Louisiana, the daughter of Clyde and Dorothy Thompson Glosson. She confessed her sin and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and personal Savior and became a member of Evergreen Baptist Church under Rev. Eddie Yarbrough. She departed this life at her residence on April 10, 2006. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, LaRhoda Glosson McElroy. Gail leaves to cherish her memories, One son, Corey Robinson; One daughter, Deyounka Lovett; A grandson, Taalib-Din Marrable all of El Dorado, AR; Three sisters, Phyllis Burns of Dallas, TX, Aretha Watson(Donald) of Spearsville, LA, and Shelia Monk of El Dorado, AR. Her brother-in-law, James McElroy of El Dorado, AR; Six nieces, Rhoda, Michola, Renee, Breanna and Shakedria all of El Dorado, AR, and Brandy Burns of Dallas, Tx; Four nephews, Christopher and Steven both of Dallas, TX, Kedrick Nelson of Spearsville, LA, Channing Nelson(LaKeal) Nelson of Spearsville, LA. Two dear friends, Lewis Robinson, Jr. and David Bell both of El Dorado, AR. Host of great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Homegoing Services for Ms. Nelson will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Starlight Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery, Summerfield, LA under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home on Friday, April 14, 2006 from 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. The family will receive friends at 605 South Bradley, El Dorado, AR.
