A Time To Die...Annie Mae departed this life on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Oakridge Nursing Home, El Dorado, Arkansas. A Time to Love...In 1948 Annie Mae was united in Holy Matrimony to Sercy Mason in Lawson, Arkansas. To this union four children were born. A Time of Spiritual Decision...At and early age, she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal saviour and united and was baptized at New Home Baptist Church, she later became a member of New Eastside Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Lee Vell Faison. A Time To Learn...She attended elementary school at New Home Elementary and attended high school in Urbana, Arkansas. A Time to Mourn...She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; a son, Matthew Mason, a daughter, Annie B. Oliver, a grandson, Tyrone Oliver, a brother, W.G. Williams and a sister, Janie Early. A Time To Cherish...She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Rosie L. Hicks(Larry C.) and Geraldine Mason both of El Dorado, Arkansas; one sister, Annie Bell Bridges of El Dorado, Arkansas; 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3 nephews, 1 niece, a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her. A Homegoing Celebration for Sis. Mason will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at New Eastside Baptist Church, El Dorado with Rev. Lawrence Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Urbana, Arkansas under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation at the funeral home will be Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from 9am-5pm and Wednesday, June 24 from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
