Raymond Glosson

"Let not your heart be troubled. Ye believe in God; believe also in Me."..John 14:1-3 Raymond Glosson, was born on July 28, 1935 in Pleasant Hill, LA the son of Gussie and Mary Jane Williams Glosson. He departed this life, July 7, 2016 at LinRock Rehab Center, Texarkana, AR. He worked as a Tree Trimmer for McAdams Tree Service for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Clyde Glosson and Gussie Glosson, Jr.; four sisters, Emma Mae Glosson Traylor, Claudeen Glosson, Helen Conley and Alice Glosson. He is survived by three sisters, Mattie B. Glosson and Ruby Jean Washington both of Oakland, CA and Catherine Burnette of Austin, TX. A host of nephews and nieces and special friends. Services will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Sims Mortuary Chapel, 432 Liberty Street, El Dorado, AR with Rev. Barry Dobson, officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Farmerville, LA under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff.
