Marthah Ann "Medea" Levingston Smith

Martha "Medea" Levingston Smith was born October 26, 1938 to Dossie & Charlotte Kennedy Levingston in Summerfield, Louisiana. She was homemaker and a member of the Union Mission Baptist Church in El Dorado, Ar. She was married to Luther Ray Smith for 33 years until his death. She was a great mother, friend, and fisherman. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Traci Hinton, five brothers Ray, Dossie, Elvis, & Clinton Levingston. Two sisters Ruby Levingston Jenkins & Elvira Gray. She leaves lots of memory and love to her son Terry Hinton and two daughters Barbara Hinton & Eileen (Todd) Henry all of El Dorado. Nine Grandchildren Yolanda (Charles)Clemons Lewis of Camden, Ar., Erica, Trawn & Desmond Hinton, Jamia(Homer)Taylor, Terrence(Crystal)Hinton all of El Dorado. Eleven great grands Denzel Clemons, Kelon Hall, Mikayla Shelton, Jan'ya & Ashanti Miller, Asia Caver, Bryson Green, Cortland Lee, Braylon Lewis, A'Kynlei James & Homer Tayler Jr. And one great great grand Aspen Welch. Visitation at the funeral home will be Friday, May 27, 2016 from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. A Homegoing service will be held on Saturday , May , 2016 @ 1:00 p.m. Union Mission Bpatist Church, El Dorado, Arkansas with Rev. Dainel Willis officiating.The under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff.
