Felix McCree Phillips

Felix McCree Phillips was born on August 18, 1927 in Chidester, AR the daughter of Early and Pauline Purifoy McCree. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Luther E. Phillips, her son Luther R.Phillips, her grandson Joseph R. Phillips, a sister Joanna McCree Lovett, her stepmother Bretha McCree, and one daughter Bobbie Nell Phillips. Survivors are one son Terence E. Phillips of El Dorado, AR; four daughters Evelyn J. Phillips, Helen R. Phillips Malone, Elizabeth A. Phillips of El Dorado, AR and Sharon K. Phillips Nelson of Three Creeks, AR; a sister Polly Williams of Michigan; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, October 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Willie Baptist Church, El Dorado with Rev. Billy Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Willie Cemetery, El Dorado, AR under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff.
