Mary Vell Ridgell

Sis. Mary Vell Ridgell "Sister" was born on September 3, 1943, in El Dorado, AR, the daughter of Provell and Mary S.Collier-Aaron. She united with Lee Chapel A.M.E. and later with Bouldeware Temple Church of God in Christ. Mary united in marriage to Roy Lee Ridgell, Sr. To this union five children were born. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one child, Adell Ridgell. She leaves to cherish her memories, Three sons, Roy Ridgell,Jr.(Roxanne) of Milwaukee, WI, Gabriel Ridgell of El Dorado, AR, Dwayne Ridgell(Elaine) of Calion, AR; One daughter, Janice Erby(Darrick) of El Dorado, AR; Two brothers, Terry Pumphrey(Gloria) of San Jose, CA, Cherry Sledge(Janit) of El Dorado, AR; One sister, Shirley Davis of El Dorado, AR Homegoing Services for Sis. Ridgell will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bouldeware Temple Church of God in Christ, El Dorado, AR, with the Elder Kelly Owens officiating. Burial will follow in the St.Paul Cemetery under the direction of The Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, October 21, 2005, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 22, 2005, 9:00-11:00 a.m. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Janice Erby, 724 East Wesson, El Dorado, AR.
