He departed his earthly home Saturday March 5, 2011 at his home in Marion, Louisiana. He attended Gardner High School in Strong, Arkansas. He confessed Christ as his personal Savior at an early age and later united with St. Paul Baptist Church in Marion,Louisiana. He had a passion for driving big trucks. He was preceded in death by his mother, Merceil Loggin. He leaves to cherish his loving memories, a son Marcus White(Andrea)of El Dorado, Arkansas; two daughters Crystal Murphy(Mario) of El Dorado, Arkansas and Andora Norman of Camden, Arkansas; two step-sons Derrick Shelton of Virginia, Virginia and Chad Shelton of Hot Springs, Arkansas; eight grandchidren, Marques White, Jamiya and Janiya Murphy, Da'Marous, Jordyn and Jaydeyn White all of El Dorado, Arkansas, Destiny Norman and Terrasia Porchia of Camden, Arkansas; one goddaughter Creshia Hambrick of Farmerville, Louisiana; two brothers Glenn Loggin(Sharon) of Strong, Arkansas and Carl Presley of Detroit, Michigan;one godbrother John Morgan of Little Rock, Arkanssa and one godsister Alice Morgan of Strong, Arkansas; a special dear friend Gwendolyn Flowers of Marion, Louisiana; a host of nieces and nephews. A Homegoing Celebration for Ronnie will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011@2:00 p.m. at Curry Chapel A.M.E. Church in Strong, Arkansas with Rev. Linnie Riley officiating and interment will follow in the Ward Chapel Cemetery, Strong, Arkansas under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation at the funeral home will be Wednesday, March 9, 2011 from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and March 10 from 8:30 to 9:30a.m.
