Esmond "Tubb" Alderson

"The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want...Psalms 23 Brother Esmond "Tubb" Alderson was born on September 12, 1980 in El Dorado, Arkansas the son of Leo Alderson and Annette Williams Sturgis. Tubb departed this life on January 4, 2011 at Medical Center of South Arkansas, El Dorado, Arkansas. Tubb attended El Dorado High School where he played football for the El Dorado Wildcats #59. Tubb accepted Chirst at an early age, he has been a faithful member of Triumph the Church of God in Christ in El Dorado, Arkansas and Camden, Arkansas. Tubb served under the leadership of Elder Martha Briggs for several years and under the leadership of Elder Clara Scott in Camden, Arkansas. Tubb love playing the Bass Guitar. Tubb was preceded in death by his brother Derry Alderson, Grandfather Bryant Williams Sr, Great-Grandmother, Margaret Benton, Great-Grandfather James Wade, Sr. and Great-Grandmother Lizzie Richard and Great Grandfather Jeff Green. Tubb leaves to cherish his loving memories, his mother Annette Williams Sturgis(Terry), father Leo Alderson(Sharon); four children, one son Xzavion; three daughters, Makayla, Ky'Ann, E'moni Alderson all of El Dorado, Arkansas, a fiancee Nakia Haslerig of El Dorado, Arkansas; four brothers, Antonio Williams of El Dorado, Arkansas, Leo Alderson, Jr. of Irving, Texas, Antonio Alderson of Junction City, Arkansas and Teo Alderson(Yolanda) of Conway, Arkansas; two sisters, Shemekia Williams and Marian Alderson Dade(LaMontra)both of El Dorado, Arkansas; two grandmothers, Elder Clara Scott and Ada Mae Hunter both of El Dorado, Arkansas; Grandfather Leo Alderson; three special cousins, like brothers and caregivers, Carter Alderson, Dominique Alderson and Jeff Gulley all of El Dorado, Arkansas and other relatives and friends. A Homegoing Celebration for Esmond will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the Triump the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ, El Dorado, Arkansas with Rev. Deborah Henry officiating. Interment will follow in the Lott Burgy Cemetery under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff.
